Summary:Institute of Technology Bandung is one of institution that has many files about students, employee, asset and etc. The variation of this files can be divided into files that has spasial data and files that has only non-spasial data. All of those data still saved in analog files form especially files that has spasial data. As is techonology grows fast, all type of data can be save ini digital form. Saving data in digital form has many advantages from the safety aspect and storage that its needed. For the non-spasial data in digital form can be saved by using columns in the table in a database. At the same time, the spatial data can be saved by using columns and can be visualized to the map. Both of them is not ready yet in Bandung Institute of Technology. Because of that, the writer will to build a geographic information system that can accomodate both of data. In this case, will be focus to the land asset data of Bandung Institute of Technology that has problem in de-facto and de-jure aspect. Establishment non-spatial database of land asset use Microsoft Excel and to create a map of land asset process by GIS software. The input data originate from sertipikat/akta jual beli and satellite imagery from Google Earth. Using the satellite imagery that has been geoereference can digitize to create land asset form that will be connected with its non-spatial database. As result is database system of land asset data of Bandung Institute of Technology that represented non-spatial information directly with spatial information in a map
