Summary: | Indonesia is a legal nation. The legal state in its implementation uses the law to
regulate the life of the community, state, and run the government. Inconsistencies
in the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia have been found. There are
difficulties in finding inconsistencies in laws and regulations. To assist in the
process of finding inconsistent regulations, formal representation is needed so that
legal regulations can be searched for inconsistently and searches for the concept of
using a machine.
Ontology representation is a formal representation of a set of concepts in the
domainand the relationship between these concepts. Ontology consists of a set of
vocabulary words that represent terms, classes, relations, functions, object constants
which are determined based on agreed definitions in the form of text that can be
read by humans and carried out by machine processing.
In this study, ontology representation was chosen to represent legislation in the form
of ontology so that the reasoning process can be carried out to find rules that are
inconsistent and carried out the search process for concepts that exist in legislation
using queries. The ontology representation is chosen because it has the concept of
representation of subject, predicate, and object where the way of representation is
similar to the arrangement of sentences in Indonesian.
To represent regulations in the form of ontology, it is necessary to extract the
concepts and general relations that exist in legislation and concepts and relations
that only apply to certain laws and regulations. Extraction is done by doing POSTag
and PhraseChunk in the rule norm sentence and then an ontology component is
made from the results of the extraction of the norm sentence. General classes and
relations are represented in the form of ID_OWL_LAW. |
