Each activity requires clean water for daily needs. Meeting the needs of clean water in an activity will affect the effectiveness of these activities. Therefore, to have a water plumbing design is needed to be able to drain water into the building in accordance with the requirements of the quantity and quality of water. The design phase is divided into the study of literature as an initial, supporting data collection, and planning stage. Water plumbing system in the building Rasuna Said Office Tower use tank top system that flowing water to the plumbing equipment by gravity. The ultimate goal of the design of clean water plumbing system at Building Office Tower Rasuna Said pipe dimension is gained by considering the various things that can affect the flow of water in the piping system. The important thing in determining the dimensions of the pipe is the head loss that occurs should be tolerated so that the water can exit through from the plumbing equipment in building Rasuna Said Office Tower. In this final project, the things that also be determined are using sprinkler and hydrant as fire extinguisher utility. Rasuna Said Office Tower is determined as class I in fire resistance building level based on Indonesian National Standard. Class I means that fire extinguisher is done by expert. Determining of number, dimensions, technical specifications, and also placing sprinkler and hydrant is done by using Indonesia National Standard or SNI. Rasuna Said Office Tower building also use Rain Water Harvesting technology as a part of implementation green building concept in Rasuna Said Office Tower building. The rain water harvesting change scheme of clean water supply in the building. The rain water harvesting also supply water as alternative water resource that can supply 1 % of total water demand. text
