The load of the structure must be able to be forwarded to the soil layers that meet the required bearing capacity, so that the building remains in a safe condition. Storage tanks of palm oil processing refinery is one of the superstructure building, the building has a large load, therefore the design of foundations for tanks of palm oil processing refinery must be well done. By this condition, its necessary for the foundation to bear the burden of that happening to the certain depth, because the foundation must be able to reach a certain depth of soil layer to produce the required carrying capacity of axially and laterally appropriate carrying capacity is needed. In this case, known at the project site will be the construction of palm oil processing storage tanks with a distance of 2.5 meters with the soil conditions at the construction site is the soft soil. Distance of pile driving is very near and conditions of poor soil bearing capacity causing damage to pile foundations installed at the time of pile driving. So do the methods of vibration analysis single pile driving of the pile is attached to determine the effect of vibration of a single pile driving attached to the group pile foundation. The methods used in the calculation of the axial bearing capacity of the foundation is the static method to perform manual calculations based on the data investigation N-SPT values in the field test. As for the lateral bearing capacity calculations using the Software Ensoft LPILE. Software analyzes the design of foundation bearing capacity based on parameters and boundary conditions are specified. Design and analysis of pile group foundation is done by manual calculation and Software Ensoft GROUP 7.0. The design and analysis was conducted on the number of piles, pile configuration, settlement of pile group, the carrying capacity of axial and lateral carrying capacity of the pile group. For analysis of the effect of vibration on the pile driving single pile is done with 2D Plaxis Software Dynamics, the dynamics analysis is include of the displacement components of group pile during event of a single pile driving. Additionally Dynamics Software Plaxis 2D able to analize force, velocity and acceleration that occurs when the pile driving. This analysis was also performed on the manual method, the method which is developed by BH & Massarch Fellenius KM (2008) and the method Attewell & Farmer (1973), the manual method is to analyze vibration velocity components of pile driving. Safety against static load, seismic load, and vibration loads of pile driving is important for the group pile foundation design conditions for tanks of palm oil processing refinery. So that in the end will produce foundation design and recommendations group pile driving sequences againts vibration single pile driving. text |
