Capital limitations, sciences, and technology are typical characteristics of public farm particularly beef cattle breeders. Some problems that arise from the limitations is the low productivity. The increased of national beef productivity must be adjusted with the characteristics of the breeders themselves. Integrated agroindustrial system environmental insight is needed based on the beef cattle farming which can provide alternatives sustainable production by considering the ease of adoption both in technical and capital way. Integrated agroindustrial system of environmental insight is an agricultural production system by collaborating with various agricultural-based companies as an effort to achieve sustainable agriculture both on the basis of a business and environmental stability. The current integration that exist does not yet involve intensive livestock, agriculture and fisheries. The discovery of technology for processing cow manure into organic fertilizer and fish feed can be used as an alternative to integration. Integration among livestock, organic fertilizer, agriculture, fish feed and fisheries intensively provides new opportunities for increasing sustainable production. The more business units involved in the integration of the system then it can increase the added value of the products produced. This study develops an integrated agroindustrial system of environmental insight with a dynamic scale. The dynamic scale provisions intends to ease or facilitate the adoption process. Integration was obtained from the integration of cattle farms, organic fertilizers, Taiwan grass farming, fish feed and silver catfish fisheries. Dynamic system methods can be used to model operational and integration between these business units quantitatively. Furthermore, the output from the simulation is used to measure financial feasibility both on the basic model and on the given scenario. The business activity involved is the business unit of Cikampek Group Healthy Cattle Farm as a modern beef cattle farm. The results of this study show that the integrated agroindustrial system of environmental insight with integrated cattle farms, organic fertilizers, taiwan grass farming, fish feed and silver catfish fisheries proven to positively increase sustainable production and financial income. Grass farming plays a positive role in meeting the forage needs of cattle farms. Whereas cattle farming provides cow manure as basic material for making organic fertilizers and fish feed. The fermented fish feed from cow manure or cow dung can decrease the feed cost the silver catfish cultivation activities. Aerobic digester acts as a fermentation technology for processing cow manure into organic fertilizer and fish feed. The calculation of financial feasibility is obtained with the investment provisions conducted for 10 years with a minimum attractive rate of return (MARR) by 12%. Based on the simulation results and the calculation of financial feasibility of both the basic model and after the scenario, information is obtained that the application of the smallest integrated agroindustrial system of environmental insight which is still profitable is an integrated livestock business with the number of feeder cattle or cow breed as many as 6. Livestock business with an integrated agroindustrial system of environmental insight with a scale of 6 cows has the calculation results of the Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 10,590,548; Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) 15 %, and Discounted Pay Back Period (DPP) of 7.7 years. The scenario results indicate that cattle farming business activities with an integrated agroindustrial system of environmental insight which have used optimize resource and have the best financial performance are livestock businesses with the number of cow breed as many as 20 cows. With the amount of investment of Rp. 684,025,672; this businesses have a Net Present Value (NPV) value of Rp. 438,396,207; Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) 54 %, and Discounted Pay Back Period (DPP) of 2,1 years.
