Summary:Pekalongan is UNESCO Creative City member since 2014 with Batik’s technique as intangible cultural heritage. Pekalongan has the biggest Batik industry in Indonesia and it has Batik shopping as its main attraction. However exploring Batik that limited to only shopping will threatening the sustainability of Batik culture. This research conducted to figure how to overcome this problem with simulating upgrades of tourism facility at Kauman and Pesindon as creative tourism destination to enrich both the culture and economy from Batik culture. This research used mix-method, where descriptive qualitative method used to describe Kauman and Pesindon character as Pekalongan’s batik cluster, and quantitative methods used in space syntax simulation of the creative tourism facility development. The development needs to pay attention to the area characteristics, where it can be arrange in certain spatial patterns to attract tourist.
