Summary: | PT. Rackindo Setara Perkasa (RSP) is a company engaged in the field of furniture that produces products in the form of knockdown furniture with the basic material of particle board and/or medium density fibreboard. So far PT RSP produces products intended to meet domestic demand. However, in recent years PT RSP has experienced a decline in sales. To increase the company's sales, PT RSP will expand overseas. In expanding, ISO certification is required from the buyer to be able to cooperate. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a company quality management system based on ISO 9001: 2015. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying unmet clauses and designing documents to meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.
The design of quality management system documents based on ISO 9001: 2015 is carried out in several stages. These stages are preliminary studies, problem formulation, ISO 9001: 2015 literature study, data collection and documents related to ISO, identification of differences in existing conditions with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, design of proposed documents, analysis of the results of quality management system design, implementation analysis, and conclusions and advice.
The results of this study are PT. Rackindo Setara Perkasa have not fulfilled 28 clauses and creating documents such as quality manual documents PT. RSP, 9 quality procedures,and 32 forms. |
