Fishery is the business which having big potential to be developed in West Java. Subang is one of the regencies that becoming the famous producer of nile tilapia fish in West Java. Pokdakan JM & SR are experiencing the oversupply problem of nile tilapia fish, and the economic welfare of farmers in there still need to be increased. Therefore, the nile tilapia consumption is still lower than the marine fishes consumptions. Product development of nile tilapia fish is becoming the solution to increase the value added products of nile tilapia. The external analysis are consists of PESTLE Analysis, Post Harvest Loss Analysis, and Stakeholder Analysis. The internal analysis are consists of supply & demand of nile tilapia in Subang, and on both Pokdakan JM & SR themselves. Both analysis are performed to find the problems causes that found in the conclusion of business situation. The solutions that will be performed are consists of developing stakeholders collaborations with both Pokdakan by using KUKM Ecobiz, training & implementation of Cara Budidaya Ikan yang Baik certification, product development concepts that could be implemented, marketing strategy development (STP & 4P), and implementing certifications which are needed for new products. The products which could be developed are consists of fishball, fish sausage, fishcake, fish nugget, presto fish, smoked fish, fish snacks, and collagen. The stakeholders that needed to be collaborated by using KUKM Ecobiz are such as companies (SMEs), universities, research institutions, cooperatives, retailers, government elements, financial institutions, and exporters.
