Sanitation hygiene water is used for the maintenance of personal hygiene such as bathing and toothbrushes, and for the purposes of washing food, eating utensils, and clothing. Evaluation of the performance and effluent quality of the Cimanggung, Wangisagara, Bogor, Karawang, Cingised, Muara Baru, and Pulo Gebang WWTPs was conducted to determine the feasibility of being a source of reclaimed water. Indonesia does not have regulation about reclaimed water, it is necessary to compile reclaimed water quality standards that will be used as a reference in evaluating communal WWTPs. The drafting process is carried out by analyzing content against international standards, reclaimed water quality standards in other countries, and NSPM using clean water and wastewater treatment in Indonesia so that longlist parameters are arranged. Then the questionnaire was made to obtain a parameter shortlist, the results then validated through the FGD by inviting reclaimed water experts from ITB, LIPI, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Agriculture, Diskimrum, and Settlement researchers, to produce a draft Reference Reclaimed Water Quality which was then used to forming the evaluation framework for WWTP. Wangisagara, Bogor, Karawang, and Muara Baru WWTPs have not yet fulfilled the Domestic Wastewater Quality Standard, while the Cimanggung, Cingised and Pulo Gebang WWTPs can be used as reclaimed water sources for three categories with wetland technology. Quality evaluation results obtained that effluent from communal WWTP Pulo Gebang used as reclaimed water, with service coverage of 121 families can fulfill water demand for paddy rice 17.8 ha / month, fisheries needs for fishponds 26.71 ha / month, and general needs non potable water 62 families / month. BCR analysis and water prices comparison resulted in the development of Cimanggung and Pulo Gebang WWTPs as sources of reclaimed water are feasible to do, while the Cingised WWTP did not meet the calculation requirements. text
