The lean company is one of the directives of PT PTI directors. Increasing production in PT PTI has an impact on the finished good warehouse. The process on the finished goods warehouse becomes a bottleneck with the preparation time of 3.39 days, which is the target is 3 days. And also, there are many wastes in the finished good warehouse. Finished good warehouse or also called logistic at PT PTI is divided into two, namely quarantine warehouse and National Dsitribution Center (NDC). The business process of the quarantine warehouse starts from weighing, wrapping, and finished good (FG) loading, and then FG from the quarantine warehouse will be transferred to the NDC. The NDC process starts from receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and expediton loading. Mapping of business processes on finished good warehouse using flowchart and value stream mapping. Quarantine warehouse lead time is 150 minutes and NDC lead time is 257 minutes on Jabodetabek process and 309 minutes on Nonjabodetabek process. Wastes are causing problems in quarantine and NDC warehouses. The mapping of quarantine warehouse was obtained by Value Added (VA) of 33%, Necessary-Non Value Added (NNVA) 8%, and Non-Value Added (NVA) of 59%. The biggest waste of NDC was caused by a human error of 62%. Proposes improvement og quarantine warehouse were layout changer, displacement weighing, and RFID systems, while the proposed NDC is RFID system Proposes improvements to the business process include Bsuiness Process Improvement (BPI) with lean thinking approach to the finished goods warehouse had an impact, lead time of quarantine warehouse and NDC to 67,5 minutes and 147 minutes for Jabodetabek, 202 minutes for Nonjabodetabek. Results of mapping of quarantine warehouse proposals with VA 89%, NNVA 11%, and NVA 0%.
