Summary:The development of construction services is now getting into better direction, as seen from the amount of infrastructure projects, both running and completed construction projects. Construction Services Business is based on the relation between demand and supply, demands based on APBN, APBD as well as private fund need devices to spend the money. Based on project life cycle, those devices are categorized as Construction Service Business Entity/Badan Usaha Jasa Konstruksi (BUJK) planner, construction executor, material supplier. The regulation about BUJK registration process as well as the classification and qualification requirements need specific attention. The issuance of Construction Services Law (UUJK) No. 2 of 2017 becomes renewal process towards implementation evaluation of Construction Services Law (UUJK) No. 18 of 1999 that happens nowadays. Basic modifications start with classification aspect of business entity guided by Central Product Classification (CPC), regulation of business entity qualification based on market segmentation as well as business entity certification done by certification institution formed by business entity association. The identification towards challenges that will be faced by BUJK in implementation of Construction Services Law (UUJK) No. 2 of 2017 based on some aspects in implementation of construction services business. In this research the challenges are processed with qualitative methods. With this new system, it is necessary to see how the construction services business regulations as policy direction from Construction Services Law (UUJK) No. 2 of 2017. The assessment of this new system should refer to regulation concepts which are best practice. So in the end the researchers can give recommendation of construction services regulations based on Construction Services Law (UUJK) No. 2 of 2017 for derivative Construction Services Law (UUJK) regulations.
