| Summary: | The construction industry continues to grow rapidly along with the growth of
technology and information. The improvement of UUJK 18,1999 is therefore
needed in order to create a better construction services governance. The
improvement of UUJK 18,1999 into UUJK 2,2017, with its policy direction, is
expected to help create a better construction services governance which can
answer to every obstacle in the global construction industry. In order to improve
the quality, peformance, and order in the implementation of construction
services, lies several additions or improvements to the substance of UUJK
2,2017. Additions or improvements to the substance related to the
implementation of contrstruction services include project life cycle, project
delivery, supply chain, and continous construction. According to the result of
the research, the principle and substance on the implementation of construction
services UUJK 2,2017 is more imrpoved than UUJK 18,1999. However the
improvement of UUJK will certainly face some challenges in its
implementation. There are several recommendations in this research which
based on study of best practices. |
