This study is intended to identify the determinants of the sustainability of Sanimas utilization with the method used is confirmatory analysis factor (CFA). The research location is located in Central Bangka Regency, where there are 2 different types of facilities, namely: Sanimas built by the facility is only a MCK called Sanimas type A, while Sanimas with MCK facilities equipped with piping networks and house connections is called Sanimas Type B. Results of factor analysis using CFA identified 7 determinants. For Sanimas type A its sustainability is influenced by factors of community participation, funding, technical, local government support, environmental, institutional and social impacts. While Sanimas type B sustainability is influenced by factors of community participation, financing, technical, local government support, environmental, institutional and social impacts. The magnitude of the influence of factors on the sustainability of the use of Sanitation type A is: community participation of 21.8%, financing of 13.6%, technical 12.8%, regional government support of 1.7%, environmental impact of 2%, institutional 15 , 2% and social impact of 8.6%. Sanimas type B is the magnitude of the influence of factors on its sustainability, namely: community participation of 27.8%, financing of 12%, technical of 17.9%, regional government support of 5.5%, environmental impact of 3%, institutional of 1.35% and social impact of 2.6%. So in the two types of Sanimas, the dominant determining factor for the sustainable use of Sanimas is community participation. Furthermore, in the development of the Sanimas facility, a system that is easier to develop is Sanimas which is equipped with a waste water piping network. text
