In the future house connection wastewater served by Semanggi WWTP will be increasing due to the population increasing The purpose of this study is knowing the treatment efficiency in existing condition, summary the problem, and give solution. Metodology of this study starts with problem identification, wastewater quality test, data collection, literature study, analysis, and discussion. From this study can be summarized that wastewater effluent on Semanggi WWTP with the parameter of COD and ammonia not yet fulfill the standard of Regulation of the Ministry Of Environment And Forestry Number 68 Year 2016 about domestic wastewater standard. The main problem is biological treatment process is not optimal. This is caused by the aerator used not functional and short detention time in aeration basin. It also gives effect to the COD and ammonia removal become not efficient. So the alternative solution that can be given are modification of aeration tank with the addition of advanced treatment unit such as nitrification-denitrification unit, stripping-absorption unit, or aerated constructed wetland. Using weighting method SAW (Simple Additive Weight) obtained the most economical and efficient solution is modification of aeration tank and addition of stripping-absorption unit, neutralization, and disinfection. For residu treatment which is sludge using solid separation chamber and belt filter press. It is planned to serve 28 villages in 4 sub-districts, carried out in two stages, stage I: 2020 to 2030 and stage II: 2030 to 2040 with each WWTP capacity is 0.142 m3/s and 0.160 m3/s. The total construction costs needed are Rp 15.929.400.000,00 (Fifteen Billions Nine Hundreds Twenty Nine Millions Four Hundreds Thousands Rupiah). text |
