Summary:English is the most used international language in the world. However, in Indonesia the fluency of English is still low so another method is needed to educate English to Indonesian people. By using English educational game with horror genre is expected to help Indonesian people to learn how to pronounce English words better. This research particularly explains the method in choosing the words, parameterizing the words and grouping them into different levels so that it can be used in the English educational game with horror genre. The grouping of the parameterized words is using two methods, first method is using machine learning, more specifically using clustering which are Hierarchical Clustering and K-Means Clustering and the second method is using priority parameter. This research also finding out if the word is usable or not for the English educational game with horror genre using Active Learning. The result are the words are grouped into 10 different levels with equal amount by using priority parameter and there are some words from the collected words that cannot be used in the English educational game with horror genre.
