This research is aimed to analyze the infrastructure of Zi-Tec’s CORS based on document of CORS establishment standard by ICSM and BIG, to analyze quality of the GNSS data from Zi-Tec’s CORS with rtklib 2.4.2, and to process GNSS data to obtain definitive coordinate of Zi-Tec’s CORS station by using software bernese 5.2. Analysis infrastructure Zi-Tec’s CORS is obtained by comparing CORS’s building parameters published by ICSM and BIG with the infrastructure of Zi-Tec’s CORS. Analysis of the data quality is obtained by analyzing multipath and signal to noise ratio (SNR) graphic from software rtklib 2.4.2. Determination of definitive coordinate is obtained by processing Zi-Tec’s CORS GNSS data using software bernese 5.2 to get daily solution for 6 observation days, which later on these daily coordinates are averaged to obtain definitive coordinate. The results show that Zi-Tec’s CORS has fulfilled the tier 3 CORS establishment standard by ICSM, meanwhile when it was compared to CORS establishment standard by BIG, Zi-Tec’s CORS has met the establishment standard, but it doesn’t fulfil the monumentation standard. In general, data quality of CORS Zi-Tec are decent, with range of multipath between -3 and 3 m for all networks. The value of SNR for signal L1 is in the range of 25 to 44 dBHz and for signal L2 is in the range of 10 to 50 dBHz. Coordinate definitive obtained has the smallest standard deviation with the value of X, Y, Z respectively are 0.0040 m, 0.0033 m, and 0.0038 m. The largest standard deviation with the value of X, Y, Z respectively are 0.0069 m, 0.0070 m and 0.0031 m.
