Klinik Pembina Sehat has been working with BPJS Kesehatan since October 2017 and has more than 3000 BPJS patients. Regarding the BPJS recredentialing policy for First Level Health Facilities, Klinik Pembina Sehat is required to carry out Primary Clinical Accreditation before January 1st, 2021. Clinic's higher-ups themselves have the desire so that Klinik Pembina Sehat can pass accreditation with the Klinik Paripurna assessment. This research is intended to assist the 24-Hour Klinik Pembina Sehat in assessing accreditation preparatory, identifying requirements for accreditation standards that have not been met and designing proposals for completing accreditation standards. In short, the steps that have been taken begin with data collection through document analysis, interviews and observations of leaders, managers, and service officers to further understand the activities carried out. The next step is to assess the achievement of Primary Clinical Accreditation standards with scoring on accreditation assessment instruments. The results of this assessment are the percentage of achievement and identification of accreditation criteria that have not been met. An analysis of standards that have not been fulfilled is also carried out along with proposed improvements. The proposals are given in the form of business processes improvement, organizational structures, and documents that must be compiled. The conclusions from this study indicate that with the existing condition of Klinik Pembina Sehat will not pass accreditation with a score percentage of 56%. Of all 98 criteria assessed, only 9 criteria that have fulfilled completely for all procedure and document availability required. The results of this study are designs of suggested accreditation requirements document includes 109 SOPs and 34 Records. Meanwhile, there are still 46 Policies Documents and 22 other supporting documents that still have to be compiled and completed by Klinik Pembina Sehat. text |
