Summary:SMK Pasirjambu is a private school that is developing its organization. Since 2017 this school has officially implemented Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS). In implementing this new management, cultural values will also be formulated. There are three cultural values applied, namely character education, continuous learning initiative, and end to end communication.This study contains design of tools to measure cultural values implementation in SMK KP Pasirjambu. The tool is in the form of questionnaire, distributed to whole school faculty and staff and processed with spearman’s correlation and cronbach’s alpha method. After validation and reliability test, the measurement tool is stated as valid, consists of 49 item statement. But, there are 3 dimensions that are not reliable. This measurement results show that the values implementations of character education and end-to-end communication are good, while initiative continuous learning is still fairly good. Knowledges about this values implementation will be beneficial to improve performance’s effectiveness by executing planned programs in SMK KP Pasirjambu. With this knowledges, SMK KP Pasirjambu can generate needed strategies to create better work environment and the socialization of cultural values from the selection process to as long as being a member of the SMK KP Pasirjambu.
