Effort of Productivity Improvement In Fish Floating Net Cages (KJA) In Saguling Reservoir with Systems Thinking Approach (Case On Fish KJA Farmers in the Bongas village, Cililin District of West Bandung)

The phenomenon of declining productivity of fish floating net (KJA) has occurred in the bay Saguling Reservoir Bongas Village Cililin District of West Bandung. The decline in productivity caused by an increase in the number of plots KJA generating waste nitrogen, phosphorus, and carbon in addition to the influx of nutrients from subzone Ciminyak river. The purpose of this study was to design a policy to improve the productivity of fish KJA. The methodology applied is survey method with models of systems thinking approach . This model can be used to solve problems that occur fish productivity. The simulation results suggest that efforts to improve the re-productivity KJA is through policy technological restrictions on the number of plots KJA, the arrangement of the layout and distribution KJA, improving the quality of seeds, the choice of fish, harvesting fitoplankon, technology aeration and conservation management Sub-basin Ciminyak river leading into the village bay Bongas. Necessary partnerships among those involved in fish productivity problems KJA such as Fisheries Department of West Bandung, PT. Indonesia Power UBP Saguling, Conservation Organizations, and Associations of KJA Farmers.
