Description
Summary:PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, also known as Telkom Indonesia or Telkom, is the largest telecommunications services company in Indonesia. The technology of telecommunication infrastructureis developing very rapidly and the emergence of new technologies so that the telecommunication infrastructure must be continuously updated. Based on the targets made, PT. Telkom Indonesia will have many new development projects or renewal of technological infrastructure in Indonesia. Current issue they faced is the projects are often not on time, over-budget, etc. which effect to their company target. From the analysis, the root cause from the business issue is inefficient project management system they used. They current project management system is not handled by exclusive board, so the project that was run is uncontrolled. Beside that the required tools of project management system not updated. The proposed solution is to renew the project management system used which means create the PMO structure to manage the projects and complete the required templates so the project will keep on track compatible with the project planning. The efficient Project Management system will increase the project success percentage.
