One of the factors that lead to social exclusion in people with disabilities is related to accessibility. Poor access will affect their travel attitude and behavior. In planning and designing accessibility that can be accessed by people with disabilities, it is important to pay attention to problems that are often experienced by them. This research was conducted to address the important factors that become hindrance to accessibility for people with visual impairment and the use of Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyze the influence of these hindrances on their travel attitude and travel behavior. Based on the results of this research, the most influential accessibility hindrance to travel attitude of people with visual impairment is hindrance from pedestrian sidewalk, such as sidewalk obstacles, sidewalk damage, pedestrian design and component problem. Likewise, on mode choice and cost of travel, this kind of hindrance will greatly influence them in determining which modes are easily accessible and will automatically affect their travel cost. However, if it is related to the decision to travel, social and environmental conditions are the influence factor that really need to be considered. As a result of these hindrances, people with visual impairment are not safe and uncomfortable when traveling, but they remain confident to travel without having to depend on others. In general, people with visual impairment will not cancel their travel destination because they have to fulfill their daily needs. Their trip frequency is classified as normal, that is, they can do four trips a day or four times to move from one place to another in a day, even though there are many accessibility hindrances. The distance they are willing to travel on foot, is also high, approximately 600 to 800 meters. The mode most often used by people with visual impairment is online transportation and the majority of them generally incur travel costs around IDR 15,000 to IDR 20,000 in a day. text
