Description
Summary:Decorative element products are needed in the interior, especially those that also act as sound absorbers or absorbers. This is due to the increasing need to decorate the room, which simultaneously meets the need for comfortable housing free from noise in the interior of the room. In urban areas, considering that the land is getting narrower, so the need for vertical houses like apartments is rampant in various big cities, the distance between residents is around 5 people per apartment, so there is an increasing noise disturbance between residents. Based on this requirement, the absorber panel entered as a damper for the room. The product is taken from waste material which is Expanded polyiesterine (EPS) waste due to accumulating and consuming a portion of about 5% of TPS, EPS itself is classified as waste which ranks second largest in the city of Bandung. The characteristics of porous EPS are also suitable for use because the mass is very light with a density level of 10-50kg / m3, serves as an absorptive sound and from this phenomenon EPS is used to be applied to absorbance of the acoustic panel. Products can target residents, such as private residences, and it is possible that these products will be used in offices such as display rooms, meeting rooms, audio rooms, karaoke rooms and entertainment. Products can be present in response to the need for decorative interior, especially on the walls and ceilings. We recommend that decorative elements can be adjusted according to customer needs while adjusting styles that can represent the user's taste or personality.
