This oil content is feared to have easy potential to flammable. One of methods that used to reduce this oil content is solvent extraction with N-Hexane in accordance with DeOBE as a results around + 3% of the SBE volume, then DeOBE provides an alternative treatment like solidification and reactivation. This SBE waste has economic potential based from the entry of SBE in the category of vegetable oil, oil and fat with HS code 84792 export commodities. The current condition of SBE management is carried out in the simplest way by providing SBE waste to third parties that have landfilling B3 waste permits, thus the B3 waste management business has not been carried out much. Scenarios are arranged to see optimal alternatives in SBE waste management consisting of extraction, solifidication, reuse, and stockpiling on 3rd parties, the methods that used in this decision making is Process Network Analysis (ANP) this method is widely used In complex problems with several criteria, (using multicriteria) by using experts as respondent respondents.
