Description
Summary:Cipanunjang-Cileunca Reservoir is one of the raw water sources for Bandung City and Regency SPAM. The two SPAMs require raw water of 1.66 m3 / sec to meet the needs of the community. In addition to being a source of raw water for drinking water, the two reservoirs are also raw water sources for PLengan, Lamajan and Cikalong hydropower plants. Reservoir management objectivity is to use water as well as possible, meet needs in the downstream, and no wasted water from the spillway. The first step is to collect rainfall and discharge data in the Cisangkuy watershed, then the empty data is filled with the spatial component hydrological correlation method. Discharge reliability of drinking water using historical statistic method for Cipanunjang reservoir is 0.86 m3/s and the Cileunca reservoir is 0.32 m3/s. The search for the effective volume of the reservoir carried out shows that the two reservoirs have decreased, namely Cipanunjang from 22 million m3 to 18.7 million m3, while Cileunca from 11 million m3 to 9.5 million m3. Forecasts of future discharge with a continuous method show that the correlation between historical discharge and continuous model is 0.87 for the Cipanunjang reservoir, while for the Cileunca reservoir it is 0.83. The simulation results of the operational pattern of the Cipanunjang reservoir with a continuous model produce a correlation value between the guideline path and the actual trajectory reaching 0.8 for the three-class operating pattern and 0.82 for the five-class operation pattern, while for the Cileunca reservoir the correlation value reaches 0.95 for the three-class operating pattern and five-class operating pattern. This proves that the continuous model is conceptually proven, namely the guideline trajectory approaches the actual trajectory marked by the correlation value close to 1
