Kebiasaan The habit of sorting out garbage in Indonesian society has been proclaimed in along time, especially since the enactment of UU No. 18 tahun 2008 which concerning waste. This has not materialized until now. One of the main causes is the inconsistency between the stakeholders of waste management from upstream to downstream, namely houses, transportation equipment, TPS, TPA. When the garbage is separated from the upstream, which is the residents' house, when transported the sorted waste is mixed again so that the sorting which done in the first becomes useless. The synergis system and supports each other between stakeholders in waste management from upstream to downstream became a fundamental aspect to realize the habit of sorting out garbage in Indonesian society. The garbage transport equipment currently used which still mixes waste becomes a problem that needs to be solved by developing a design of garbage transporters that are able to accommodate waste separately and at the same time campaign to residents to sort out garbage.
