Summary: | The Instruction of the central government to utilize Rural funds (DANA
DESA) through cash for work (PKT) is inseparable from the whole development
planning. According to the principle of implementation, PKT is carried out in an
inclusive, participatory, transparent, effective, self-supporting and selfmanagement and wage budgeting activities. Meanwhile, in the context of rural
development, PKT has several stages of activity namely planning and budgeting,
implementation of activities, reporting and supervision.
Desa Pruwatan, as focus study to implementing PKT activities, is
managed by Tim Pelaksana Kegiatan (TPK) with reference to the Rural Plans
(RKPdes), which is in five activity locations, from four (4) different location.
This study aims to identify the implementation of PKT in Desa Pruwatan,,
Kecamatan Bumiayu, Brebes, Jawa Tengah. This study uses qualitative data
analysis, through interviews and secondary data collection. Interviews were
conducted by purposive sampling and snowball on the speakers. The results of
the analysis show that there are conformities and discrepancies in the
implementation of the Pruwatan with the principle of implementation. It is
known that the PKT implementation has differences in each activity location so
that the target and realization of activities cannot be generalized at each activity
location.
Based on conclusions, this study recommends steps as an initial
refinement of PKT activities to the parties involved so that the PKT is carried
out in accordance with the principle of activities and without neglecting the
rural development targets to be achieved |
