Pulo Brayan as a cultural heritage area needs to be conserved, because urban cultural heritage is a key resource to improve the feasibility of inhabiting urban areas and as a source of social cohesion, diversity and a driver of creativity, as well as innovation and urban regeneration. In reality, this conservation is done to deal with the decline in vitality that occurs in Pulo Brayan. Until now, there has been no area design of the Pulo Brayan cultural heritage area so that the formulation of the area design needs to be done as an effort to revitalize the Pulo Brayan cultural heritage area by taking into account the aspects of revitalization including physical, economic and social aspects. This design uses a normative and technocratic approach with fragmental methods. The discovery in the field indicate that Pulo Brayan has decreased from physical, social and economic aspects. Based on normative principles, site analysis, potential and regional issues, this area is planned to be developed as a cultural tourism area with the vision of "Pulo Brayan Region as a Cultural Heritage-Based Tourism Area". The formulation of revitalization design principal regards land use design, parking and sirculation building and mass building, and open space. The arranging of this area design as a tourist can increase the vitality of the area both physically, economically and socially.
