Summary: | Bandung is the biggest metropolitan city in West Java and the capital of the province. The amount of waste production Bandung 6915 per day. With that amount of waste, sometimes some are not in place, including drainage. Measurement of waste in the drainage channel using Triputra dirtiness index (2009), the other parameters measured include height of drainage channels, channel width, channel slope waste composition and waste weight drainage channel so it can be a load of rubbish in the drainage channel. In addition to examining the drainage from upstream to downstream, we can determine the amount of waste in drainage channels in the area, and of the area, can predict the amount of waste in the drainage district small hole. Using data from a long time the amount of garbage and sweeping, drain cleaning can be arranged pattern and the amount of labor required and what equipment is needed to keep the drains free from debris and maintain the condition of drainage to keep it working optimally. Of the survey and the amount of trash on the prediction district known small hole is in the amount of waste drainage channel amounted to 137 tons of garbage. These results can be quite large because it is a result of the accumulation of waste for several years due to lack of cleaning of drainage channels of garbage. Therefore, before performing the channel management efforts should be made a thorough cleaning first. |
