Summary:This work presents the modelling of decision making with multiple criteria for the selection of vendors in a cosmetic company located in Jababeka industrial estate. The project itself taken an water efficiency program into project objectives, to achieves 2020 target by reduce 60% water consumption form 2005 actual consumption. Objective of the investment in order to gain 17% water efficiency to prevent approximate to 1600 m3 water consumption per month. Output water recycle plant will distribute into one of utility plant which has biggest water consumption within day to day operation. It was needed to systematize procedures for select designated water treatment vendor by several consideration including economic, system performance, and system capacity into account from three potential vendors. Involvement of each stakeholders was perform to maintain weight assessment represent actual expectations. Criteria which applied for vendor selection including OPEX, Investment cost, efficiency rate, reference from client and system capacity. MAUT method were perform to examine decision making process based from stakeholders opinion related criterion weight based from questionnaire . By the method, the decision was calculated using normalization and the results appoint vendor Lxxxxxx as selected vendor to perform recycle wastewater plant project. Management put the commitment for project realization to achieve 2020 objective, by release around 470.000 € for wastewater recycle plant. . Based from project timeline , the recycle plant start commissioning phase on August 2019, L’Oréal Indonesia ensure water objective may achieve beyond the compliance through wastewater recycle plant implementation
