Summary:Bandung city is one of the big city in Indonesia which has many tourism attractions, beside that Bandung has a strategic and accessible location. The development of tourism in the city of Bandung makes Bandung more attractive to explore either by tourists from outside the city of Bandung or for the natives of Bandung. There are various kinds of tourist attractions in Bandung which are historical tourism, shopping tourism, culinary tourism, nature tourism and others. The number of attractions in the city of Bandung makes the need for special transportation of tourism more important, one of them is tourist transportation that can integrate the trip to several tourist attractions in the city of Bandung. Finally, at the beginning of 2018, the Government of Bandung established a special bus tour that is called Bandros (Bandung Tour On Bus), this tour bus is a special transportation tours that serve passengers to travel around the tourist attraction in the city of Bandung. Bandros now has 5 (five) tourist routes that are classified according to service area. Tourism area in Bandung itself is divided into strategic areas of tourism and tourism development areas. Bandros’ tour route has been determined entirely through the tourist attraction in the city of Bandung. Hence, it needed an analysis of the service effectiveness of Bandung Tour On Bus (Bandros) tourism route to see whether the route has been effectively determined for become a tourist route based on user perception. This research was obtained from primary data through questionnaires and secondary data that related to Bandung tourism area. The questionnaires were distributed to Bandros’ user with the proportions adjusted to each routes. The result shows that according to user’s point of view the route of Bandros has been all effective. Yellow Route, Pink Route and Green Route are included into very effective category and the rest of it which is Blue Route and Purple route are included in the effective category because it is considered to pass the less attractive tourist attraction.
