On the other hand, a business with nearly same function with office space is on a great growing trend. This business rents shared working space to many individuals or groups at the same time. Since the idea is sharing a working space with other in hope of collaboration can occurred, this type of business become well known as co-working space. Globally, the trend of co-working space happened in a flash. The cause of this co-working space is a shift in working generation characteristic and behavior. In the near future, majority of working generation will be filled by millennials generation (generation Y). Millennials generation have unique characteristics and it affects their working behaviors too.
