Fact shows that material transportation plays an important role in progress of an indutry as does NPK fertilizer industry. Belt conveyor, screw conveyor, and bucket conveyor (elevator) represent some from many kinds of appliances used in material transportation process. The advantage from these appliances is that they can do continuous transportation process. Eventhough these appliances make the material’s transportation process more efficient and cheap, making these appliances is difficult and require a lot of time, considering to the number of aspect which must be calculated from the asked condition and the circumstance of that industrial place itself. One of important thing which must be considered in applying various conveyor is to determine it is size which is suitable with plant design. This Final Project discussed the making of computer program with a means as a tool to help user to design those conveyors following CEMA standard. This computer program also facilitates the user with data base which can be used as consideration in making the decision.
