Target of this research is to determine important parameters related to machining process that conducted based on rule of machining process science. Base machining process planning made, then conducted machining cost. In the other hand, process planning are equiped also with animation. Animation is the visualization from parameter and machining process steps. Methods which used in this research are the literature study to company archives, book and also media sources electronic. Observation and discussion are also conducted to operator and technician at the site. All data and observation results are expostulated intensively. The results of this research are as follows: (1) Important parameters related to Machining Process at product of clay crusher house has succeeded determined base rule of machining process science. (2) Machining process sequences at product of clay crusher house from one process to process other has been determined with more systematic, until machining time design result more efficient as high as 27,23% from machining time previously. This condition can economize fare as high as Rp.328.688,28. (3) Machining Process Animation of clay crusher house has succeeded made. This Animation is visualization from parameter determination and process step matching with machining science. text |
