Description
Summary:The fighter aircraft development project is the first experience for PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). The system safety analysis process that refers to military standards is needed in the development of fighter aircraft. The purpose of this research was to develop a system safety assessment procedure based on MILSTD- 882E and JSSG 2001B, conduct a system safety assessment and conduct a system safety assessment analysis. This research applies system safety analysis to T-103X aircraft flight control system based on MIL-STD-882E. System safety assessment is implemented by conducting preliminary hazards analysis, subsystems hazards analysis, system hazards analysis and software functional hazard analysis. All identified hazards are given recommendations actions to reduce the risk of failure to an acceptable level. The results of the air vehicle noncombat loss rate comply to the requirements acchieve 4.38 x 10-12 flight hours.
