Summary:Along with the increase of population growth in Indonesia, the number of persons with disabilities is also increasing. The majority of people with disabilities are who have limb disabilities especially hand. This condition is getting worse by the lack of available solutions for the people with disabilities to compete with other normal people in career. One of the solutions is using bionic hands. But nowadays bionic hands are still difficult to find in Indonesia. The price is still not affordable by majority of disability people. This research aims to help people with disabilities for having bionic hands with affordable price. This bionic hand which has designed has total length 448 mm and total width 100 mm. The kind of finger mechanism is fourbar linkage which type of crosswise double crank mechanism. The control is by using Myoware Electromyogram Muscle Sensor with one input signal and the signal processing is by Teensy 3.2 microcontroller. The bionic hand has built and able to grasp a cylinder thing.
