To apply good ethics, the need for relationships between employees and good leaders in the company. Personal characteristics of employees and organizational climate have a significant influence on employee innovation and creativity. High job satisfaction is a key factor for innovative work environments and also correlates with positive attitudes and high performance in the workplace. One of the most important things in the workplace to support the relationships and performance of the members is job satisfaction. This research shows that leadership behavior is an important variable that enables it to influence high job satisfaction. Leadership behavior was chosen because it is one of the factors that influence employee job satisfaction. As said by Alimuddin (2002) which states that a leader will be recognized if it can give influence to his subordinates to always improve their performance. In this study, the author focuses on how the relationship between employees and leaders in Kaina uses the Ethical Climate Questionnaire Method developed by Victor and Cullen. By exploring Leadership Behavior (as antecedent) and Job Satisfaction (as outcomes). The Directive, Supportive, Participatory and Achievement-Oriented are dimensions of the Leadership Behavior variable used in this study. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect of the Directive and Participatory on overall job satisfaction in Kaina. The solution that the author gives is to hold an employee gathering to improve employee and leader relations. text
