PHYSHIC ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OIL AND EARTH GAS DRILLING CONTROL

In the area of natural resources (SDA) of oil and gas (oil and gas) there are always activities regarding oil and gas management. Some activities should be general knowledge or basic technical knowledge for educated people in the area (high school as minimum). This knowledge is the main competitiven...

Some activities should be general knowledge or basic technical knowledge for educated people in the area (high school as minimum). This knowledge is the main competitiveness of the area and this knowledge’s base is physics. Oil and gas drilling is a business that technically makes a drilling hole safely until it penetrates a layer of formation that is rich in oil or gas. The hole is then coated with a casing and cemented, with the intention of mining oil or gas from the formation layer to the surface. Oil and gas drilling needs the measurement and control of pressure at every depth, for which the media cure is inserted into the drill pipe and output through the edge of the drill hole while carrying shale or drill bits. Another medium is called drill mud made with the basic components of bentonite (a type of clay mud). The pressure from the drill depth is measured hydrostatically and hydrodynamic. The disruption of entering natural gas into the borehole will be detected from the difference in the value of the hydrostatic pressure of the mud and the incoming gas pressure. This management and control is needed to prevent blowout or wild bursts. Many aspects of hydrostatic, hydrodynamic and hydraulics are involved in estimating the power pressure requirements of a pump that injects mud into a borehole. Therefore the need for representative learning media is related to the implementation of oil and gas drilling control. It is hoped that this study can help students understand the disturbances and controls when drilling for oil and gas. text
