Due to that reason the lift system such as freight elevator can be use for vertical transportation equipment combined with horizontal transportation equipment. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) used for automation of industrial processes, such as control of machinery on factory assembly lines. Not only for factory purpose, PLC also can be used for controlling elevator. This final project focused on design of freight elevator model as a visual aid and also the program for controlling the elevator. MELSOFT series GX Developer is a software to write down the program which control the elevator. The program made by using push button and switch as input and also motor revolution direction as output shown by indicator lamp on the PLC. The program test using Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC-Q Training Kit. The program can be used to control three floor freight elevator model. text |
