Summary:Facing the global challenge, nation competitiveness will be most influenced by competitiveness their business organization. A business organization which has global competitiveness is the one that can answer every changing and challenging by developing technology. For that reason, a business organization has a learning characteristic is needed to do a continuous changing and developing. Facing this changing, a business organization will be expected to design and plan their human resources (HR) management as well as possible. Competent Human Resource mean having ability to handle work which arising out as consequence of business which has to be run. Appropriate job assignment and learning materials have to be designed and then to be taught to gain HR's certain competencies si their can follow the changing that happened. Business organization activities need different kind of competencies and have differences in difficulty level, depend on complexities of activities. With other word, a competencies must have graduations and measurable. Besides that, it is also needed differentiation of work handling in the case of: operating, utilizing, and managing, when using human resources owned by organization/ company to run its business Using P3JJ model (P3JJ mean Profession with 3 Graduation Lines) can answer all the necessity above. With this p3JJ model will make an organization with good structure, have healthy work atmosphere, human resources capabilities has a high readiness. Organization than has a good carrier leveling, has a clearly working criteria, job assignment and reward, also has good training material that meet with work need. So, every activities and resources usage can be done effectively and efficiently. Last, organization/company can easily to determine their developing direction. As a case study, this P3JJ concept is designed to be applied in Balai Karya Pemesinan Umum PT. Timah Tbk.
