This emotional commitment means engaged employees actually care about their work and their company. Engaged employees would gave their best performance out for to the company and employee performance is one of the determinants of the success of a company or organization in achieving its goals. This research aims to testing the impact of employee engagement models on the performance of entry level employees at PT Pos Indonesia. The data used in the study are primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 277 employees spread across the region on the Java-Bali Island. This research is using mixed research methods. This research using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that employee engagement variables, vigor, dedication, and absorption significantly and simultaneously influence employee performance. Vigor has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Region in Java-Bali. From these results the researcher then formulated a solution that could be implemented by PT Pos Indonesia in the form of talent management framework. text
