| Summary: | A serious environmental impact has currently occured in some places in
Indonesia due to the over exploitation of rice field soil for brick production. A
long term impact should be anticipated that may cause a reduction of rice
production. Therefore, it is necessary to find alternative materials as substitute of
rice field soil to make the brick. One of the alternative material which can use to
made the batako is the mixing of material such as water, white cement, and sand.
PT. Cisangkan, one of the biggest Indonesian batako company, have sold
their product to many places. In order to maintaining and repairing the factory
machines, PT. Cisangkan doing the activities by theirself. PT. Cisangkan also
planned to establish new factory at Central or East Java. For that plan, needs a
supporting analysis.
This research will discuss about what kind of machines needed to produce
batako and the batako production machines manufacturing process. This research
can be use to accomodate the management in analyzing the batako producion
machine manufacturing. |
