Summary: | Since established in 2013, PT Jasamarga Properti (JMP) has become subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk which runs non-toll business in developing residential properties, office buildings, and rest areas. This subsidiary was founded to support parent company business to increase toll corridor traffic.
However, Jasamarga Properti operating revenue is dominated by fuel sales in rest areas while property and rent place in second and third rank of revenue source. To increase revenue, specifically from land housing segment, external and internal analysis was conducted to understand the needs and problems occur in this segment.
This study proposes business strategy improvement for land housing segment of PT Jasamarga Properti in order to align with parent company’ objectives and to become one of featured product from this subsidiary. |
