Egg hatcher is a similar device incubator to incubation. We made this device in
temperature, humidity and air flow is set, in certain circumstances in accordance with
the characteristics of the eggs hatched. The object of Egg hatcher is to successfully
hatcher eggs with the quantity of 100% to a healthy puppy and no disability or
perfect.
In this thesis the authors perform numerical analysis to obtain data on temperature
distribution and velocity of air flowing in the incubator. Which designed to obtain a
uniform temperature and flow on the egg incubators.
From the results of numerical analysis and test results show a good compatibility so it
can be used as reference data for the type of incubator with a specific dimension.
The results of numerical calculations for a uniform temperature distribution at 37-38
°C with air speed fan 5 m / s, the average deviation of 2% with experiment data, for
the dimensions of box 130,5 x 132 x 160,5 cm. |
