Summary:The purpose of this study was to determine the how work motivation and leadership can have influence on employees work satisfaction,Difference about the role that leadership and work motivation play in a company. How they influence employees work satisfaction to the organization. It was said that work motivation and leadership have an impact on employees work satisfaction. The research methods will be using qualitative and quantitative methods.Firstly, the questionnaires was distributed to companies, then data was gathered. The data then gathered together and evaluated by the author to investigate whether there is impact or relation each variables. After author investigate and analyze the data, the result are it is recommended that work motivation and leadership should be improved and prioritized at the company to gain more employees work satisfaction. Leaders need to have good leadership and considering employees work motivation. This would lead to a better employee’s work satisfaction and become competitive advantage for theorganization.
