Summary: | The purpose of this study to analyze and evaluate the Knowledge Management implemented in PT Arkana Solusi Digital. To understanding of how multinational IT-organizations working closely with clients in a complex industry can manage domain knowledge, educate new employees and reduce the negative effects of staff turnover.
Method used was qualitative research method. This research includes the type of case study using descriptive qualitative method. The objects of this research are knowledge management strategy implemented in PT Arkana Solusi Digital. And the subject of this research is the Chief Executive Officers which include Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Capital and Chief Operating Officer.
The result of this research showed that Implementation of Knowledge Management Strategy in PT Arkana has Solusi Digital Maximizing the mechanism of sharing good knowledge. Designing the Conversation Room, Periodic Discussion Program, Training, SOP, Knowledgebase Optimization, and Open Forum. And also, it found the obstacles faced by PT Arkana Solusi Digital in implementing Knowledge Management Strategy which are has differences in culture, language and preferences, the absence of time and place of meeting, status and appreciation of knowledge owners, and lack of absorbing capacity from the recipient. |
