| Summary: | Thisable Enterprise is a social enterprise that has the current mission to empower people with disabilites especially in work environment, we're trying to understanding the needed of the company at hiring the PwDs and also finding the right PwDs to fulfilled those position. Understanding PwDs might be a complicated way but it's really challenging, finding the right term between the company and the PwDs so all the party will feel the equality and also the same right becomes our concerning. Thisable has been 9 years concerning on this issue, but seems not show their best performance. This condition proves that Thisable needs to find another business strategy to improve their overall performance. After doing some researches and strategic analysis, author proposed Thisable to use several strategy to improve its overall performances such as (i) maximizing current and new database and also pre- screened assessment for PwDs, (ii) maximizing sales force, (iii) using Integrated Marketing Communication strategy and leveraging its website and digital marketing, (iv) giving training to unskilled PwDs so they can meet the job requirement. This strategy will help Thisable to achieve and improve its overall performance. |
