Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) shows that Indonesia ranked first in Southeast Asia and ranked second in the world after Brazil in 2004 - 2010 for the average number of DHF cases. From year to year, the number of users of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) is increasing, indirectly the reserves needed will also become more numerous. But based on the data obtained, BPJS Kesehatan has experienced a deficit from 2014 to 2018 with a deficit that is already getting bigger in every year. In 2018 the deficit reached Rp. 16.5 trillion. Thus, the calculation of reserves needed by BPJS Kesehatan to overcome losses for the following years, especially in dengue hemorrhagic fever. In this final project a reserve analysis will be conducted to check whether dengue hemorrhagic fever is one of the causes of BPJS Kesehatan deficit. By reviewing the reserve value and time series model for dengue hemorrhagic fever in the cities of Bandung and Malang, dengue hemorrhagic fever is not the cause of the deficit of BPJS Kesehatan. text
