final project, the investment in the Ethereum mining project will be optimized by
using Real Options to help investors in making decisions in the future. Real Options
will be applied with learning process to analyze the strategy that must be done in
the future by modeling several possibilities. The methods used for valuing project
with Real Options are binomial method with changes in length of time intervals
and trinomial method with changes in volatility. After modeling Real Options on
the Ethereum mining project had done, the model can be used as a reference for
investors in making future decisions to optimize investment. |
