Summary:Infrastructure development in Indonesia opens up many opportunities for consultant services. Starting from small, medium and large qualification consultant services, all of them compete in this market. In three years the number of consultants increased by more than twenty five percent. Along with the current national development plan, the field of consultant services has an important role in the success of development in addition to improving human resources, developing science and technology. A clear step required to manage changes in how the organization's effectiveness is viewed by using the Star Model in terms of strategy, process, people, structure, and reward aspects. Analyze change readiness by using Force-Filed Analysis so that the company's found out what is the driving forces and the resisting force. Proposed business solution through the eight-step model of Kotter then implementing and sustaining the change. The results of the study show that PT. XYZ requires change management. The company is also ready to change and has implementation plan to runs the change programs. Change management is intended for companies to become professional organizations, also to survive in market competition.
