Description
Summary:Rat pest is one of plant pest organism that is often found in oil palm plantation areas. Its existance has e negative impact, including reduce crop productivity, resulting in a derease production and income. In order for rat pest attack not to spread and not cause large losses, information of the distribution rat pest attack for each area is very important in observing which location are susceptible of rat pest. Geostatistic is one of statistic branch that used in spatial data. The relationship between locations in a plantation based on the intensity of pest attack can be described by exponential, spherical, and gaussian semivariogran model and Area-to-Area (ATA) poisson kriging method is used to estimate intensity of pest attack in each area. In this final projet, the best semivariogram model to estimate instensity of rar pest attack in area with the same and different size in Blok 7 are exponential and gaussian model.
